Second thoughts are human, even about something you were sure of an hour ago. If your order needs to stop before it starts its journey to you, tell us right away — we would rather you own the right watch than any watch.
Yes — if it has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp, phone, or email and we will cancel it for you.
Once a watch is on its way, it can no longer be cancelled — but the moment it arrives, you are still fully covered by our 7-day Happy Return policy.
In the rare case a watch becomes unavailable or there is a pricing error, we may need to cancel it ourselves — if that happens, a full refund is issued immediately, no waiting.
